Spring Arrangement - Premium Floral Mix

At times, the specific flowers, containers, or decorative elements shown in the photos on our website may not be available due to seasonal availability, supply chain interruptions, or market conditions. In these situations, we reserve the right to substitute flowers and/or containers with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and design integrity of the arrangement.

If a particular flower variety is unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar flower of comparable quality and value. For example, specialty blooms may be substituted with other premium seasonal varieties that complement the design.

In rare cases where a container or vase is unavailable, a similar container of equal or greater value will be used.

Our design team carefully selects substitutions to ensure that every arrangement reflects our quality standards and design aesthetic.

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our driver will use their best judgment to ensure the flowers are delivered safely. Depending on the circumstances, the arrangement may be:

• Left in a secure, shaded location at the delivery address (such as a porch or entryway)

• Left with a receptionist, front desk, or neighbor when appropriate

If weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, or snow) or safety concerns make it unsafe to leave the flowers unattended, we may attempt to contact the recipient to coordinate a delivery time.

Once an arrangement has been delivered to the provided address and left in a safe location, we cannot be responsible for flowers that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to weather or other conditions after delivery.
